Selling Physical Products
How to list, sell, and fulfill physical goods through your Sellr store.
Setting up a physical product
Select Physical as the product type when creating your listing. Physical products collect a shipping address from buyers at checkout.
- 1Click Add Product and choose Physical as the type.
- 2Fill in the product name, description, and price.
- 3Add product images (up to 5).
- 4Set up options like Size or Color if applicable.
- 5Enable inventory tracking and set stock levels.
- 6Click Save to publish.
Shipping address collection
When a buyer purchases a physical product, the checkout flow automatically includes a shipping address form. The full address is saved to the order so you can fulfill it. Sellr currently supports shipping to addresses worldwide.
Tip: Consider noting your shipping policy (processing time, carriers, international availability) in your product description or store bio so buyers know what to expect.
Fulfilling orders
After receiving an order, you will see it in your dashboard under Orders. Pack and ship the item, then mark the order as fulfilled. Buyers receive an email notification when their order is marked as shipped.
- 1Go to Dashboard then Orders.
- 2Click on the pending order.
- 3Review the shipping address and items.
- 4Ship the product using your preferred carrier.
- 5Mark the order as Fulfilled in the dashboard.
Handling returns
Sellr does not currently have a built-in return management system. We recommend adding your return/exchange policy to your product descriptions or store bio. Handle refunds through your Stripe dashboard when needed.
